Lufthansa Strike at Frankfurt Airport
The pilots of the airline Lufthansa have reported that tomorrow will carry out a strike at Frankfurt Airport between 08:00 and 23:00 hours, affecting Lufthansa intercontinental flights.
The affected aircrafts will be Airbus A380, A330 and A340 and the Boeing B747, all used for longer routes.
The main point of disagreement between the pilots and the company is the reform of the early retirement that could involve the 5,400 pilots of the largest airline of Germany.
Since April 4th, Lufthansa and Germanwings have canceled about 300 flights due to pilots’ strikes, affecting 480,000 people.
